RULES AND REGULATIONS ONLINE IQRA' CLASSES — RIZQ ALQURAN AKADEMI This English text is a translation for convenience. The Malay text is the authoritative version. 1. REGISTRATION AND FEES 1.1 Registration is only complete once the form has been filled in truthfully, the registration fee has been paid, and the academy has confirmed the student's placement. 1.2 Monthly fees must be paid on or before the date set each month. 1.3 The monthly fee is charged at a flat rate every month regardless of how many classes the student attends. Absence does not entitle the student to any reduction or refund. 1.4 A student registering mid-month will be charged the rate set by the academy for the first month only. 1.5 Fees that have been paid are not refundable. 2. SCHEDULE AND ATTENDANCE 2.1 Class schedules are set by the trainer and will be shown to students in the academy portal. 2.2 Students should be ready and join the class at least five (5) minutes before it begins. 2.3 Attendance will be recorded by the trainer for every session. 2.4 If a student cannot attend, they should inform the trainer beforehand. For students under 18, a parent or guardian may do this on their behalf. 2.5 Three (3) consecutive absences without notice may result in the student's place being offered to someone else. 3. POSTPONEMENT AND REPLACEMENT CLASSES 3.1 If a trainer is unable to conduct a class, the academy will either appoint a substitute trainer or arrange a replacement class on another date. 3.2 Notice of any postponement will be shown in the portal and communicated to students. 3.3 Replacement classes are not charged. 3.4 Extra classes outside the normal schedule may be arranged by mutual agreement, either free of charge or at an agreed rate. 4. CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE 4.1 Students must be modestly dressed and observe proper covering throughout the class. 4.2 Students should be in a clean, quiet place suitable for learning the Quran. 4.3 Students must observe good manners, pay attention, and respect the trainer and their classmates. 4.4 Recording, screenshotting or distributing any class session without written permission from the academy is strictly prohibited. 4.5 Class links are for registered students only and must not be shared with anyone else. 5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 5.1 Students are responsible for providing a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and a working microphone. 5.2 Cameras should be switched on during the session so the trainer can observe the student's reading and pronunciation. 5.3 Technical problems on the student's side do not entitle them to a refund or a replacement class. 6. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES 6.1 Students are responsible for having their learning materials ready before class begins. 6.2 Adult students are fully responsible for their own registration, fee payment and communication with the academy. 6.3 Any questions about learning progress may be raised with the trainer or the academy administration. 7. STUDENTS UNDER 18 7.1 For students under eighteen (18) years of age, parent or guardian details must be provided at registration. 7.2 The parent or guardian is responsible for fee payment and communication with the academy. 7.3 Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor their child's learning throughout the course. 8. LEARNING KIT 8.1 Every new student will receive a book kit, posted to the address given at registration. 8.2 Students are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. 8.3 Any delay caused by the courier is beyond the academy's control. 9. WITHDRAWAL 9.1 Notice of withdrawal must be given to the academy at least two (2) weeks in advance. 9.2 The fee for the current month remains payable in full. 10. GENERAL 10.1 The academy reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time. Any amendment will be announced through the portal. 10.2 Students' personal information will be used for academy administration only and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 10.3 The academy reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of any student who breaches these rules.
